It has a storm flap, easily adjustable cuffs with Velcro closures, hood with toggle drawcord, zip-close exterior pockets, interior pocket with Velcro closure and an open hem. PVC coated nylon shell repels rain and wind. Interior mesh nylon lining and mesh grommets allow for air circulation.
